TACT carer talks about fostering on BBC Radio Suffolk

James Hazell from BBC Radio Suffolk interviewed TACT foster carer Cecil on his show on Tuesday. Cecil, who has been fostering with his wife for almost ten years, talked about what is involved with being a foster parent.
