A couple of our families recently enjoyed a fantastic day out at Tannadice Park, thanks to Dundee United who kindly provided complimentary tickets for their match against Celtic.

The tickets were offered as part of our partnership this season, with TACT proudly displaying an advertising board at the stadium. The opportunity gave families a chance to experience the excitement of live football together.

One of our foster carers shared their appreciation after the day:

“I’d like to thank Dundee United and TACT Fostering for kindly arranging for N and I to have complimentary tickets for yesterday’s game at Tannadice. N was positively beaming when we took our seats in the George Fox lower stand, giving us a fabulous view of the pitch and the players. He thoroughly enjoyed the match and we are both very grateful for this kind gesture.

I’m sure N also enjoyed his hotdog before kick-off and another hotdog and a packet of crisps at half-time – and when we arrived home his first question was ‘What’s for tea?!’ No wonder he has grown almost three inches since he arrived here 18 months ago!

Your advice to park in Cleppington Road was very much appreciated. We had only a short walk to the stadium and arrived early to make sure we got a space and to collect the tickets in plenty of time.”

The day was a memorable experience for everyone involved, and we are incredibly grateful to Dundee United for their generosity in making it possible.
