Residential Trip to Dorset

We’re excited to share the highlights from our recent residential trip, where 27 of our children had the chance to explore and enjoy a fantastic activity centre in Dorset. The trip was packed with thrilling activities, including wall climbing, raft building, and the exhilarating big swing.

Feedback from the children was overwhelmingly positive. When asked what could have made the residential even better, responses included “Nothing really, I enjoyed everything,” with a few suggesting it could have been longer! One young man humorously added, “banoffee pie” as a suggestion for improvement!

The residential not only provided fun and adventure but also highlighted the positive impact such experiences can have on our children’s self-esteem and social skills.

We’re incredibly grateful to our dedicated staff, whose support was crucial in making this trip a success. It was wonderful to see the children form new friendships and grow in confidence. Many of them tackled activities they hadn’t tried before, overcoming initial doubts and discovering new strengths.

We look forward to our next one with anticipation!
