Our Disney Trip Was (N)ice!
We took some of our North West fostering families on a trip to watch Disney on Ice!
Twelve of our fostering households, accompanied by four of our staff, braved icey conditions (albeit in the M&S Arena in Liverpool), to watch Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck and Goofy in the spectacular Disney on Ice.
Our staff team received some lovely feedback from our foster carers, and the young people in their care:
“I want to say thank you for yesterday it was fab and the girls loved it” – Denise (foster carer)
“Thank you so much for today, we all loved it, thanks for the support from the agency its really appreciated.” – Damian (foster carer)
“Thank you for a fantastic treat, the girls loved it and so did I. Loved seeing everyone as well.” – Maria (foster carer)
“That was the best show of the year” – Young Person
“Thank you for taking us to Disney on Ice, I had so much fun and can’t believe Maui had a sword like mine – his muscles were not as big as mine though! I loved it all – best bit was Toy Story and Moana.” – Young Person
“I had a really good day at the Disney on Ice show. I loved seeing them go in the air and spinning really fast – my Mummy said I had my mouth open when I was watching it because I was that amazed!” – Young Person
