Carers aged over 70 talk about rewards of fostering children

Despite being aged in their seventies, TACT carers Jack and Frances Tilley continue to enjoy fostering children, and are currently caring for an eight-year-old boy and a 10-year-old boy.  Jack, 75, and wife Frances, 71, appeared on BBC Radio Essex’s Breakfast Show to talk about the many years of experience they have of fostering more than a 100 children and young people.
