North West Carers Enjoy a Day of Creativity and Wellbeing

Our brilliant TACT North West foster carers came together for a foster carer wellbeing day, with a creative twist!

Our wellbeing day took place at Blooming Art in Warrington, where we welcomed 12 carers, who came together to enjoy a fun and engaging painting activity. Whether experienced artists or complete beginners, all our carers embraced the opportunity to express themselves and try something new. It was wonderful to see creativity flourish, with each carer adding their own unique touch! Alongside the painting, carers were treated to tea, coffee and cakes.

The session provided a valuable opportunity for carers to take a break, have some time for themselves and to talk about their fostering experiences with other carers.

It was a fantastic day with lots of laughter, and a great sense of community which showed how important our carer wellbeing days are.

We are so pleased to have supported this session and look forward to offering more activities like this in the future.
