Our Support For Young People
Our support for young people is the cornerstone of why we exist as a fostering charity.
Success for us is great outcomes for children and young people, which is why we provide our amazing team of foster carers with additional support for ALL young people in their fostering household, including their own children.
- We have dedicated Engagement & Activity Practitioners and Children & Young People Wellbeing Practitioners who plan regular activities, events and one-to-one meetings with young people. In some cases, activities are planned and tailored to a particular young person.
- We also have a range of unique support services such as our own Health and Education Services.
- Additionally, our TACT Connect community ensures that our young people continue to receive support, guidance and advocation long after they have left our care.

I work closely with the child’s foster carer and their Supervising Social Worker, along with Therapeutic Social Workers and Clinical Psychologists. This is to tailor support that meets the individual needs of the child…”
