Foster Carer Satisfaction: South East

Every year, TACT run a foster carer satisfaction survey in each region, to gain insight into possible areas for improvement, both in the practical day-to-day support service we provide, and in terms of how we communicate with our teams of foster carers.

We had a fantastic response from our South East region, with 100% saying that they were satisfied with being TACT foster carers.

But the high ratings didn’t stop there. TACT South East went on to score 100% in the following areas:

– Satisfaction with the support they receive from TACT 
– Likely to recommend TACT to a friend or colleague who was thinking of fostering 

“TACT is committed to improving their service, and fostering in general, for all carers and young people. They are always available to offer guidance and support and hold carers and young people at the centre of everything they do.”

Elsewhere, 89% of our carers felt that they were able to share their views and feedback with TACT, and 89% said that they were satisfied with the amount of content and training offered by TACT.

“I like being kept up-to-date with events/changes via newsletters or emails. Any changes that affect foster carers are quickly shared to us to keep us advised.”  

“Because of TACT support, no one is left alone without assistance, you are confident they are with you.”
