TACT CEO on Victoria Derbyshire programme

TACT CEO Andy Elvin appeared on the BBC 2 Victoria Derbyshire programme yesterday discussing the case of a foster carer couple in Scotland who won an employment tribunal on Wednesday, forcing the local authority to recognise them as employees.
